Shipping Fees and Time
We ship anywhere in Canada via UPS Standard, which typically takes three to six business days.
Due to agreements with our vendors, international shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Orders placed online will be fulfilled within one weekday, not including holidays. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order immediately due to product availability issues, we will inform you by e-mail and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number as each shipment is released. Orders containing multiple items will ship entirely, or as items become available.
Shipping costs depend on the order value and the destination, and will be calculated at time of checkout, before you enter in your payment information.
We ship for free to all Canadian provinces for orders $50 or more before taxes.
The Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are exempt from all free shipping promotions.

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC, and sometimes from our distribution partners across the country. It may take up to a week after shipping for your order to arrive. Please allow extra time if you live in a rural region.
Products purchased online may be returned to any of our seven Simply Computing physical locations with proof of purchase. Returns cannot be processed at Simply Computing Express locations.

If you wish to mail or courier the products back to us, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization. We will then issue you a return authorization number, which must be written on the box or shipping label. Shipments without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
The following items can be returned within 14 days after receiving: computers, tablets, monitors, printers, cellular and wireless devices.
Everything else we offer may be returned within 30 days after receiving.
If an item has been opened and is missing the box, packaging or accessories, or we determine it is not in good, resalable condition, a minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
Refunds are issued on the original method of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund the original shipping cost if it was because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is packed properly, with sufficient packing material inside the shipping box.
Free in-store and phone support are available for the products we sold to you. This support is not unlimited and is on a best-effort basis. Our staff are very knowledgeable but we do not claim to be experts on all products. If we do not immediately have an answer to a specific question, we will do our best to find an answer for you. If you require extended support, we recommend you deal directly with the manufacturer.
Products that are found to be defective within 30 days of receipt can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. Please see section on "Returns" above. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for support.
